60 minute assessment and consultation $135
50 minute therapy session $125

The cost of therapy depends on both the length of treatment and whether you are paying out-of-pocket or utilizing insurance. While I am not an in-network provider, out-of-network reimbursement is typically available for my services. I assist my clients in obtaining this reimbursement by providing invoices for each session that can be submitted directly to your provider.

Determine your insurance coverage benefits by calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits under my policy?
• What is my deductible? Has it been met this year?
• Is there any limit to the number of sessions my plan covers per year?
• Do I need pre-authorization for mental health services?
