I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy. My professional experience includes 18 years providing individual, group, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. My approach to therapy utilizes individualized cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and solution-oriented interventions which enable my clients to gain the insights and skills needed to resolve their concerns and challenges.
